Terms of Use (Human Rights Grievance and Consultation Mechanism)

This page is a dedicated form for receiving grievances and consultations related to human rights from officers, employees, and all parties involved in the business activities of the NS United Kaiun Group.
We take all grievances and consultations from you seriously. We will conduct fact-finding, investigations, and responses as necessary

• We strictly prohibit any adverse treatment against users, so please feel safe to consult with us.
• Users' personal information will be properly managed in accordance with applicable laws including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
• Reports and feedback on investigation results will be provided appropriately to the extent possible in accordance with your preferences.
• Anonymous submissions are accepted; however, please note that if the provided information is insufficient, we may not be able to conduct an appropriate confirmation or response. We highly appreciate your cooperation in providing as much specific detail as possible.

To maintain the function of this hotline and to ensure we can responses to those in need, please refrain from the following actions.

• Conducting sales, solicitation, or promotional activities unrelated to grievances or consultations
• Using this form to defame others or submit false or malicious claims (which may itself constitute a severe policy violation.)
