4. Quiet period
To prevent financial information leaks and ensure fairness, the Company regards a “Quiet Period” from the day of the announcement to the day that financial results are announced. During this period, the Company refrains from commenting on or answering questions about financial results. However, if there is a significant change in the earnings forecast during this period, the Company will disclose the information in a timely and appropriate manner.
Even during the quiet period, the Company will respond to inquiries about previously released information.
